My interest in human relations has been clear since my studies, with the Linguistic High School first and the degree in Foreign Languages and Social Communications then; I still happily speak English, German and French.
I worked in multinational companies for 25 years, belonging to different sectors, such as consulting, investment and manufacturing. My roles ranged from executive support, to assisting Vice-Presidents, to well-rounded project management activities. Different nationalities and habits have trained me to overcome complex challenges to gain benefits on multiple fronts; I enjoy the same magic traveling in my spare time. I then decided to become a freelancer, to emphasize what suits me at best. ..

At the same time, I attended a coaching school and held also the role of Internal Coach in the last company where I was employed, adding more specialization courses and mentoring overall. In May 2024 I achieved the credential as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by ICF International Coaching Federation, of which I am an associate member at global, Italian and Tuscan level.

In my life experience it is very important to be wife, mother and friend; I was born and grew up in Milan, and then moved to Florence in mature age: I continue to appreciate the multiplicity of styles, ways and environments of two cities and cultures so distinct and enriching. My propensity for interpersonal relationships in all directions and a strong organizational and pragmatic sense facilitate me in the orientation to results and problem solving. I am also trained in analytical skills, emotional intelligence and adaptability to change, which I welcome as an incentive to continuous improvement. A respectful, integral and transparent approachis recognized to me, even in admitting my mistakes; I uphold a diplomatic and sunny spirit in the environments around me.
